A box on your desk, and a few minutes with us.

It starts with a sample box from the other side of town — then a tasting in person with chef Julie, or over Zoom if your team is spread out.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

SECTION 1: THE SAMPLE BOX

What is in the box?

Six macarons, our Classique flavors: Tahitian Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Pistachio, Lemon Curd, Coconut Cream and Raspberry. These are the six we make year-round, so they are the ones a corporate order gets built from. Seasonal collections change through the year, and we will walk you through the Winter lineup when we speak.

Is the $21 really credited?

Yes, in full, against your first corporate order.

Worth saying plainly: $21 is what a box of six costs anyway. So if you order, the sample cost you nothing. If you decide not to, you paid retail for six macarons and owe us nothing else.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

Yes! By nature, the French macaron is made with almond flour rather than wheat flour, making our entire macaron collection naturally gluten-free. Please note, however, that while we take every precaution, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.

How long will they stay fresh? When stored properly in the refrigerator, our macarons remain perfectly fresh for 5 to 7 days. Because we use real ingredients and no preservatives, they are a "live" product intended to be enjoyed close to their creation date.

Do I have to get on a call to receive it?

No. The box ships whether or not you want to talk.

If you do want to talk, Julie will go through colors, flavors, and what your list would look like, either in person in Santa Barbara or on a call once the box has landed. Twenty minutes usually settles more than a week of email.

We are in Santa Barbara. Can you just bring some to the office?

Yes, and for a local business that is the better version.

We bring a tray of 25, enough for the team to taste, and spend twenty minutes on what a year-end order would look like. It is $50, credited to your first order, and the first five offices we visit in October are on us. Tastings run Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Email hello@revemacarons.com with a morning that works and we will bring it.

How soon does it arrive?

Sample boxes are made to order rather than pulled off a shelf.

They ship Express on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, so a box never sits in a transit facility over a weekend. In greater Santa Barbara we deliver by electric van, seven days a week.

SECTION 2: WHAT A REAL ORDER LOOKS LIKE

What does an actual Corporate Gifting order cost?

Two sizes.

The Signature 6, $21 per box.
The Signature 15, $49 per box.

There is no minimum. Nine boxes is a real order here, and so is two hundred. Preferred pricing starts at 20 boxes.

Order 20-49 pc: 10% reduction
Orders 50-99: 15%
Orders 100+: 18%

Can you put our logo on it?

Yes, three ways, and most clients use all three.

A printed sleeve in your colors, so it reads as yours from across a desk. Shell colors matched to your brand palette, with flavors chosen to wear them. And a card written by hand, one at a time, carrying whatever line you send us.

Custom branding needs three weeks from the day we confirm the order.

Can you send them to our clients for us?

To your own office. Included, anywhere in greater Santa Barbara. Most corporate orders go this way, because most of your clients are here too.

One box to each name, locally. Delivered in our own electric van, seven days a week. Quoted with the order and typically $5-$10 per delivery.

One box to each name, out of the area. Express and cold-packed, Monday through Wednesday. $12 to $50 per address, depending on where it is going.

When do we need to order by?

Two delivery windows this year. We hold both to the day.

December 1 to 13. Orders close November 7.
January 2 to 10. Orders close December 5.

Custom orders take three weeks from the day we confirm them, which is where those two dates come from. After November 7 the December calendar is full and we are booking January.

SECTION 3: THE MACARONS

Are they gluten-free?

The shells are 100% almond flour, so the whole line is naturally gluten-free.

One honest caveat, because somebody on your list will ask. They are naturally gluten-free, but not made in a certified gluten-free facility.

What is actually in them?

Our almond flour is milled from regeneratively grown organic almonds from Treehouse California Almonds, a founding partner in The Almond Project alongside White Buffalo Land Trust, here in Santa Barbara County. Organic eggs. Organic, non-homogenized cream from Straus Family Creamery. Pistachio butter from the Santa Barbara Pistachio Company, a few miles from our kitchen. Dark chocolate from Cacao Adventures. Real fruit purées cooked down, curds made from scratch, Tahitian vanilla bean rather than extract.

If your company has commitments around local sourcing or supporting small producers, we will put that detail in writing for your procurement team.

How long do they keep?

We use no preservatives, so they are at their best within five to seven days.

Keep them refrigerated, then bring them to room temperature about ten minutes before tasting. If a box is going out as a gift, it is worth a quick note to the recipient so they know a chilled box is on the way.

Julie Hutton, founder of Rêve, hand-piping French macarons in her Santa Barbara atelier

Meet the Chef

I'm from Bordeaux, and I've had a sweet tooth my whole life. I baked with my family growing up, long before any of this was a business. Before Rêve, I worked in hospitality as a concierge and travel planner. That work taught me an important lesson I still believe: the moment people remember isn't the grand gesture — it's the small, considered detail waiting on the table when they walk in.

Somewhere along the way, the macaron became the baking challenge I had to get right. I taught myself, one batch at a time, and I've become exacting about it. Real almonds, real fruit, incredible chocolate and cream. I make every one by hand, here in Santa Barbara.
