  • Shipping Method: We use UPS & USPS for all standard and express deliveries. All orders are packed with special care and thermal materials to ensure freshness upon arrival.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Temperature Control: As our products are perishable, we reserve the right to ship on specific days (Monday-Thursday) and/or use specific cold-pack packaging to ensure optimal quality upon arrival, especially during warm weather.

 

↩️ No Returns Policy (Perishable Food Items)

 

All food sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. This aligns with industry standards for fresh and perishable goods.

 

💸 Damage/Issue Policy

 

We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you encounter an issue with the quality of the product, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Notification: You must notify our customer service team via email at info@revemacarons.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation time).

  2. Photo Proof: Your email must include clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue. This is mandatory for review.

  3. Review and Resolution: Upon receipt of your notification and photo proof, our team will review the claim. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund, or a store credit.

  • Claims received after the 24-hour window or without photographic evidence will not be eligible for review.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or if the recipient is not available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
