Authentic French Quality

The delicate, crisp macaron shells of every Rêve Macaron are crafted using the classic French method, ensuring a consistent texture and the perfect pied (foot). They are made from a base of fine almond flour, granulated sugar, egg whites, and pure vanilla bean paste. Our shells are naturally gluten-free.

High Quality Ingredients

Our fillings are crafted from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. Fillings are typically based on rich chocolate ganache, seasonal fruit purées, or homemade fruit jams. A complete list of ingredients and allergens can be shared with you immediately after your flavor selections are finalized.

White Glove Delivery

We personally deliver (in our EV van) and set up all towers free of charge within the Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Goleta areas to ensure flawless presentation.

Bespoke Centerpieces

How should I store my macarons once they arrive?

To maintain their delicate texture, macarons should be kept refrigerated in an airtight container. They are best enjoyed at room temperature, so we recommend taking them out of the fridge about 15–20 minutes before serving. If you are saving them for a future date, they can be frozen for up to one month.

Are your macarons gluten-free? 

Yes! By nature, the French macaron is made with almond flour rather than wheat flour, making our entire macaron collection naturally gluten-free. Please note, however, that while we take every precaution, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.

How long will they stay fresh? When stored properly in the refrigerator, our macarons remain perfectly fresh for 5 to 7 days. Because we use real ingredients and no preservatives, they are a "live" product intended to be enjoyed close to their creation date.

What if I want to customize the color(s) of the macarons in my box?

We love helping you create a cohesive aesthetic for your gifts or event. Custom color-matching is available for our bespoke box selections. Because each custom shade is hand-mixed in small batches to ensure perfection, we require a minimum of 12 boxes for these orders. What if I want to mix and match single flavors in one box? 

While our collections are curated to offer a balanced tasting experience, we understand that sometimes you need a specific flavor profile. We offer custom flavor assortments for orders of 12 boxes or more. This allows you to hand-pick a signature selection that perfectly suits your recipients. What if I want my macarons in custom packaging that is specific colors and/or includes my branding?

Rêve macarons are a sophisticated choice for corporate gifting, brand launches, or high-end party favors. We can elevate your presentation with custom branded packaging, including specialized box colors, logo integration, or signature ribbons.

What does ‘high quality ingredients’ mean? 

At Rêve, quality isn't just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of every shell and ganache. It means we use super-fine, non-GMO California almond flour, organic eggs, and high-fat European-style butter. Our chocolate is sourced from premier producers Cacao Adventures and Cacao Barry, and our fillings are made with real fruit purées and Tahitian vanilla beans rather than artificial extracts or shelf-stable shortcuts. You can taste the difference in the depth of flavor and the clean finish.

Are the macarons authentic? 

Absolutely. We honor the heritage of French pastry by following the traditional French Méthode using a stable Italian meringue base. This process requires a precise and masterful macaronnage (folding technique) to achieve the hallmark of a true artisan macaron: a perfectly smooth, domed shell and dainty, ruffled "feet."
