Our Process: From Vision to Venue

We’ve refined our collaboration process to be as seamless and delightful as the macarons themselves.

Step 1: The Inquiry

Begin your journey by sharing your vision. If you are looking for a classic statement, you may order a custom macaron tower here. For large-scale installations or entirely bespoke designs, please use our contact form to start the conversation.

Step 2: Design & Consultation

Once your date is secured with a deposit, we dive into the creative details. We’ll host a consultation to define the "soul" of your dessert experience—determining guest count and display style while exploring elevated customizations. From hand-painted gold leaf and delicate floral accents to curated display rentals, we’ll dial in every detail to ensure a completely bespoke result.

Step 3: The Tasting

You’ll be invited to our Santa Barbara kitchen to experience your custom flavors firsthand. This is the moment to finalize your color matches and approve any final additions before we move into production. Note: The final balance is due at the conclusion of your tasting.

Step 4: Meticulous Production

Every Rêve macaron is handmade with precision. We honor the rigorous principles of traditional French pâtisserie—using only the highest quality ingredients and meticulous technique—to ensure every shell is a masterpiece of texture.

Step 5: White-Glove Delivery

We respect the delicate nature of our displays. We offer delivery within 20 miles of our Santa Barbara kitchen, with extended delivery and on-site installation available for a fee. For maximum consistency and care, we deliver via climate-controlled Electric Vehicles—always.
